The kind of address we love! A modern coffee-shop, uncluttered in terms of decor (blond wood, soft shades) that's both cosy and warm. Take a seat (wifi and computer) and order a very good specialty coffee (and all its derivatives: V60, latte, cappuccino, americano...). Would you prefer a matcha? A chai latte? That's possible too! And for those with a sweet tooth, you can accompany it with homemade cookies or a slice of banana bread - not too sweet (that's great!). And Esperluette is committed to quality: most of its products are locally sourced and organic. Nice terrace in summer.

Une très belle expérience dans ce coffee shop. L’accueil est excellent et les produits sont vraiment très bons. Je recommande les cookies ! Il y a une très belle et douce ambiance à l’intérieur. Tout est préparé avec soin.

Je viens aussi souvent que je le peux et j’y amène toutes les personnes qui ne connaissent pas encore.
C’est un grand oui, une ambiance agréable, des cookies faits maison avec de produits de qualité, des boissons délicieuses et préparées avec soin, que demander de plus ?
La déco est agréable, quand on vient ici nous savons que c’est pour passer un bon moment.
Pour travailler, pour réfléchir seul, pour passer un moment avec des amis, pour se retrouver, le coffee shop l’esperluette : c’est l’endroit où il faut être !

Aesthetic modern café on a scenic street in Auch. Barista was very friendly and it’s a nice place to either chat or get work done. The cookie was fantastic, the ingredients seemed really high quality.
