History: The Moose Smokehouse company is 7 years of experience and know-how in high quality smoked salmon. The manufacturing processes are artisanal: filleting by hand, salting with dry salt, smoking with beech and natural oak wood, slicing by hand and finally, manual packaging in packs of 100 gr to 1 kg. Several ranges of salmon from Ireland and Scotland as well as an organic range are offered for sale. Another speciality of the house: hot-smoked sturgeon and a nice range of delicatessen products.
