In this family-run business, Patricia Tomasella feeds and processes ducks, putting all her family's know-how at your service. Authenticity, quality and tradition are the watchwords of their production. Fresh produce and home-made preserves are prepared with respect for the values of the land: here, we take care to provide you with the best, and for greater safety, we carry out frequent checks. At the Tomasella's, everything is good: confits, pâtés, cooked Gascon dishes, garbures, cassoulets, poultry... And if you'd like to sample their cuisine and experience a pleasant moment of gastronomy, they invite you to their farmhouse inn. You'll enjoy typical South-West dishes such as garbure, cassoulet and, of course, duck, including the unmissable foie gras.
