La Fabrique du Rougier is a restaurant, a tearoom and, more broadly, a place to live in the village. David and Iseult, neo-Aveyronnais, run it as a family, to the great satisfaction of Villecomtal's inhabitants. He, from the Isère region, is busy at the stove, preparing salads, soups and dishes of the day at mealtimes (pork sautéed in sweet and sour sauce, rice & mange-tout; cod with chorizo, risoni and stuffed zucchini...). Elle, la Bretonne, twirls around the dining room to serve plates, drinks and pastries, depending on the time of day.

Très bon accueil dans un cadre magnifique, la cuisine est très bonne et le prix plus que correct! L'espace boutique de créateur est une super idée!

Une très beau lieu dans un magnifique village médiéval. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien, le café restaurant, la boutique, la terrasse, les produits proposés....Très bon accueil, j'y reviendrai dès que possible

Très bon restaurant cela fait 2 fois que nous y allons en 2 ans la qualité ne baisse pas. Tout est maison et très bon.
