Cooperative winery offering a range of red and rosé wines in Valady.
Based on an identifying grape variety, the Fer Servadou, locally called Mansois, and vines planted on terraces on a rougier type of soil, this cooperative cellar offers a range of red and rosé wines, a walnut wine as well as an aperitif: the ratafia which can be enjoyed with a melon as well as with a good chocolate fondant. As for the wines, thanks to very different vintages, sometimes light, sometimes stronger, they go well with almost everything.
