For ten generations, this farm has been passed down from father to son (or daughter!). After having been a food farm, today, La Roselle is a small business with several employees. Brigitte and Didier Mazars are at the helm and have embarked on the adventure of dairy processing. The Roselle farm produces cheeses and cheese-based ready-made meals, including aligot. The Mazars even go to their home to make aligot in front of their guests. This friendly couple can be found at many markets.
