Restaurant located on the peninsula of Laussac offering generous plates
On the Laussac peninsula, described as the most romantic spot in Aveyron, Daniel Tarrisse's Chalet du Lac sets the table every day in season, serving its customers charcuterie, tarte à la tome, aligot, local meat and ice cream from the farm. It's a way for this native of the region, who moved to Paris for a while to work in the lemonade industry, to stay involved in his region. Needless to say, the plates are more than generous. But you'll have plenty of time to digest on the nearby beach in this part of Aveyron.

Lieu avec un grand charme et un point de vue exceptionnel sur le lac. Les repas côté terrasse intérieur sont soignés et d'une grande qualité, l'ambiance cosy est top avec les plaids à disposition pour les fraîches soirées d'été. Je recommande

Super restaurant avec un point de vue exceptionnel sur la retenue du bagage de SARRAN. Très bonne cuisine avec une mention toute particulière pour l'accueil du propriétaire et également pour l'équipe de jeunes serveurs. Des Cantalous.
