After working at Château de Labro in Onet-le-Château, Léna and Mathieu settled near the Salles-la-Source museum, overlooking the famous waterfall that gives their restaurant its name. Here, the couple express their passion for local produce and authentic, multi-faceted cuisine. Served on the terrace or in the dining room, where a smiling team swirls about, La Cascade's dishes have earned themselves a fine reputation in Aveyron. What's more, they're served at any time of day, to suit the varying rhythms of tourists.

Juste avant de passer à la dégustation rien de mieux que de boire un petit verre juste au dessus au « toit canaille »avec une vue magnifique sur le vallon????.
Léna et Mathieu ainsi que toute l’équipe on réussi à nous surprendre. Le menu surprise nous transporte à chaque fois. La cuisine est raffinée et locale. On a déjà hâte d’y retourner ????.
