Restored mill with terrace offering a cuisine based on local products and livestock

The establishment is located on a small square in the village, in a restored mill that used to grind grain thanks to a diversion of the Lot (the paddle wheel bears witness to this). The terrace is particularly pleasant in summer, the atmosphere is welcoming, the place authentic both in terms of accommodation (nine comfortable and spacious rooms) and cuisine. This one draws its substance mainly from the breeding and the resources of the soil: tripous and terrine of foie gras house, confit of duck with boletus, head of calf trout, pike-perch... All prepared with taste.

Accueil correct. Cuisine correcte. Cadre super sympa en terrasse. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Gros bémol :n'accepte pas les tickets restaurant.

On nous avait conseillé cet établissement : un seul regret, celui de n'avoir pu y aller qu'une fois avant la fin de nos vacances en septembre de cette année. Cadre accueillant, service sympa, vin agréable, cuisson parfaite et petite sauce délicieuse.
Et tout cela pour 24 euros.
Un seul petit reproche : l'établissement n'accepte pas les cartes bancaires.
L'établissement est situé à Sainte Eulalie d’Olt, un des plus beaux villages de France.
