In a large building typical of the village five kilometers from Conques, Julien, as Marie did, concocts local cuisine and a warm family welcome... In his bistrot de pays, the counter evokes the atmosphere of the troquets of yesteryear, while the shady terrace lets you dream by the river. On the plates, the recipes are those of grandmothers who hold the secret: lamb sweetbreads in cep sauce, calf's head, a full Aveyronnaise plate (salad, Roquefort cheese, tomatoes and local ham to satisfy the hungriest), estofinade (late September to late April) or a homemade foie gras terrine..
