Four years after the start of a gradual, state-of-the-art renovation, the Pont Neuf has a completely new look. The riverside hotel boasts eleven modernly decorated rooms, and the quality of Jérôme's welcome to guests makes it almost a family-run guesthouse. The restaurant and its bar are dedicated to local produce and homemade dishes. Pan-fried lamb sweetbreads in persillade and Aubrac beef are always a hit.

La cuisine est excellente et originale, à base de produits locaux, on a pu manger en terrasse avec la chienne, qui a eu droit à une gamelle d'eau, c'était très sympa et agréable !
J'y retournerai : le faux-filet d'Aubrac était très savoureux, de même que la daurade et les accompagnements étaient excellents. La petite pointe de piment sur le bord de l'assiette était une excellente idée !
Petite mention pour le thé glacé (non sucré !!) maison, bien rafraîchissant et agréable !
