Straight from Mont Ventoux, where he had been a restaurateur for ten years, Matthieu opened La Fabrick in the spring of 2022. In his snack bar, he offers takeaway burgers, for which he makes the buns himself. The menu evolves every week, with more tempting proposals than the last: asiat effiloché with pork, fresh tomme and Asian sauce; american pepper with cheddar and pepper sauce; or camembert and honey goat cheese, topped with good flowing cheeses. Je suis très exigeante et ne mange jamais de frites car je ne trouve jamais de "vraies" frites qui me rappellent le goût des frites fraîches de ma mère, mais là les frites (frites belges) sont excellentes ! Je n'en reviens pas, vraiment une adresse à tester !
Produits frais et locaux, et du fait maison, on recommande !!!
De passage pour un week-end nous avons manger les Burger top ! Pain très bon , bien garnis et produit frais ! Je recommande
