Beautiful and good - very good! - discovery that this John Table opened its doors in September 2013. Jean, the chef, a mother of Toulouse and a Provencal father, practises a mixed kitchen, mid-Mediterranean, mid-Southwest, based on olive oil or duck fat, to which some Spanish influences add. Menus are changing from day to day, but the products, especially fish, remain fresh and finely worked. The rather modern frame and the lovely terrace complete a kitchen and a welcoming welcome.

Excellente table, de l'entrée au plat tout est bon et bien travaillé, nous n'avons pas pris de dessert car nous avions bien mangé, manqué le choix en carte avec menu pour le soir, certes le fait que tout soit à la carte cela fait vite grimper la note final , mais quand c'est bien travaillé et bon ça vaut le coup, puis on n'y ressort pas avec la faim, nous y avons passé une excellente soirée. Serveur/se au petit soin excellent accueil.
