Les Colonnes is an emblematic establishment on the corner of Place d'Armes, with a breathtaking view of the cathedral. The menu is well thought-out and particularly tempting. Roasted perail, truffled coquillettes risotto, mushroom ravioli and bavette à la plancha are served in the purest French brasserie tradition. For dessert, you'll particularly appreciate the French toast-style fouace and the mignardises accompanied by an Aveyron liqueur, either on the lounge benches in the main dining room, or out in the sunshine on the superb terrace.
