With his Eden café, Eddy was already established in this charming street in the historic centre of Rodez. Since last May, he has been adding a string to his bistro bow by opening Le Havre des Délices, a restaurant with a unique gastronomy. In the kitchen, Guillaume, who, while claiming a fresh and simple cuisine, handles spices quite well, even when it comes to decorating a regional product. At lunchtime during the week, the menu is rather classic, while it is warmed up on weekends with exotic specialities. The first customers were pleasantly surprised. This Havre des Délices, which receives nothing but praise - as much for the food as for the ambient conviviality - definitely bears its name well.

Un régal du service à l’assiette
Des légumes superbement mis en valeur.
Une adresse un peu secrète au cœur de Rodez mais qui mérite le détour.
Réservation conseillée, surtout le samedi, jour de marché.
