BOULANGERIE-PÂTISSERIE FOURNIER-MARTY

The other name of this bakery-pastry shop is "la fleur d'orangerie". Located in the centre of the village, everything here is home-made by the hands of an authentic craftsman: the breads (country, rustic, millstone, rye...), the pizzas with real tomatoes, fond of meat, and above all the delicious pastries (crousti royal, three chocolates, caramel fleur de sel...). We also recommend the Paris Brest with the old-fashioned praline. Real nice and good pastry chef work.

In this long building, which recalls the architecture of the local farms, farmers and local creators come to life on a daily basis, taking turns to ensure that consumers put a face on what they buy and consume. The people of Naucell have been quick to make this producers' shop their own for their everyday shopping: fruit and vegetables, meat, yoghurt, cheese, bread, spit-roasted cake... And tourists like to stop here to bring back gourmet gifts in their suitcases.

LA NAUCELLOISE

Charcuterie

Opened in 1966, the family business perpetuates the culinary know-how of Aveyron. Very famous tripous of course, it is the speciality! But also pâtés, hams and a whole range of particularly successful regional dishes, such as stuffed cabbage, cheese soup or cassoulet with duck confit. So much so that La Naucelloise has become a tourist destination in its own right. The free visit of the workshops, along a glass corridor, allows you to follow the making of the famous tripous before going to the shop.

LA NAUCELLOISE

Tripier

The tripou, made of sheep's stomach, a stuffing made of ham, garlic and parsley, is the emblematic dish of the Ségala and Rouergue regions. Heir to the tradition, La Naucelloise has reappropriated the recipe and transformed this popular dish into an exceptional dish. Since 2012, the company has been awarded the Entreprise du patrimoine vivant (Living Heritage Company) label. In addition to tripous, La Naucelloise also produces old-fashioned tripe, pâtés, hams, traditional cheese soups and stuffed cabbage, always combining respect for tradition with culinary innovation.
