CARRÉ DE VIE
This Square of Life can be a holiday place, a workspace, an artist's studio or a small home. Its wooden frame, modular, autonomous, and convertible - it can be placed on land or water! - makes it possible to imagine all the possible possibilities. The Living Square is also ecologically independent. Solar and wind panels ensure the production of energy when a system is used to recover rainwater. The joineries are treated against UV rays and the wooden framework can be dismantled to limit the environmental footprint. This multi-purpose space was designed by the Boissière et Fils carpenter's workshop in Millau, and designed by Jacques Pierrejean, a specialist in the interior design of luxury yachts and private aircraft, grouped under the CDV Construction banner. A copy of their Carré de vie, now owned by the syndicat mixte du lac, floats on the Castelnau-Lassouts-Lous lake in the north of the Aveyron department.
