A legendary address in Millau offering creative cuisine using market produce and products from small local producers.
It was on this magnificent square that Antony and Aurélien took over this establishment in 2023, to raise the standard of the legendary Braconne address. The fireplace is still in use in winter, serving creative cuisine based on market produce and products from small local producers, including the dish of the day, appetizers and mignardises, with veal from Ségala and fish fillet from the Cazorla market house. The speciality is the pâté croûte, but also the tartare terre/mer in summer and the cannelloni of pears with mate.

Le cadre est très agréable, le service parfait (arrangeant, chaleureux), et les plats étaient vraiment succulents.
