Restaurant with terrace offering a traditional cuisine reinvented very accurately
In the narrow streets of Millau town center, a stone's throw from the tourist office, this is an address that will delight many. The decor is resolutely warm and contemporary... The atmosphere is friendly, and the traditional cuisine has been aptly reinvented (roquefort-pear tart, duck confit, sausage-aligot...). For those looking for a quick lunch, the lunchtime plates will do the trick, with platter-dessert-coffee, it's practical, hearty and quick. Nous sommes venus manger à 6 personnes. 4 ont pris des ribs soi-disant cuits en basse température, mais ils étaient trop sec et pas du tout savourex. Sur 4 personnes qui en avaient pris, aucun n'a fini son assiette. Les deux autres avaient pris des steak de boeuf qui étaient très bons mais avec des frites un peu seches qui ne semblaient pas fraîches.
