Restaurant offering a careful and mastered cuisine

Au plaisir des Mets, upstairs overlooking the Tarn, Yann Bosc has taken over the restaurant that once delighted the Millavois. His cuisine is meticulous, traditional and masterful. For today's menu, we sampled shiitake ravioli, cauliflower curry and monkfish with lemon thyme. The menu also includes tempting vegetarian options, and desserts such as cinnamon apple crumble.
