A terrace restaurant in Millau, serving fish and meat dishes.

Patrice and Jérôme, already acolytes at Millau Plage, have reopened the doors of this establishment - formerly l'Estanco- in spring 2023. In the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the street, the waiter and cook present plates, 80% of which are fish; a singular proposition in a department where meat is king. The two friends source as much as possible from the region to serve salmon gravelax, pot-au-feu de la mer (their specialty, a nod to the restaurant's name) or fish parillada, depending on what's available.

Cuisine raffinée avec de bons produits en quantite suffisante. Lieu et service agreables. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Tataki de thon sauce yakitori succulent, pot au feu de la mer savoureux, Bolet d'automne glace aux châtaignes, meringue avec nappage chocolat agréable. Définitivement une bonne adresse.
