A terrace restaurant in Millau, serving fish and meat dishes.
Patrice and Jérôme, already acolytes at Millau Plage, have reopened the doors of this establishment - formerly l'Estanco- in spring 2023. In the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the street, the waiter and cook present plates, 80% of which are fish; a singular proposition in a department where meat is king. The two friends source as much as possible from the region to serve salmon gravelax, pot-au-feu de la mer (their specialty, a nod to the restaurant's name) or fish parillada, depending on what's available.

Super restaurant de poisson au cœur de de la ville. La terrasse est agréable, le personnel est souriant et professionnel. La cuisine est excellente grâce a leurs poissons frais et leurs desserts fait maison. Je le recommande fortement pour un bon rendez-vous gastronomique.

Cuisine et service au top. Mais l'ambiance est gâchée par un problème acoustique ; on ne s'entend pas parler....à insonoriser ou mettre de petites tables
