Restaurant offering an original menu with fresh products
The success of this bar-brewery, whose address is communicated by word of mouth, is not denied. The products on the plate come from the market stalls, less than five metres from the stoves. A rather original menu: first of all tapas - manchego, serrano, peppers, razor clams, gambas - according to the arrivals. Then, more classic proposals: steak a la plancha, pork sauté à la provençale, cuttlefish a la plancha with chorizo... It couldn't be fresher or better! Don't forget to make a reservation: the restaurant is often highly sought after for its quality.

Equipe et cuisine au top,je monte régulièrement sur Millau et à chaque fois je vais faire un tour à l'Estaminet avec un très grand plaisir.

Bon restaurant. Manger sur la terrasse avec les platanes et l'eau de la fontaine est un plaisir inoubliable. Repas très correct.
