Francis Costes and his son lead the vineyard in parallel with the management of a herd of cows and reserve special care. The family winery is located under the house and is modernizing in a constant quality concern. Father and son are not prepared to give up their vines, exposed to the south behind the farm, that the first one preserved by mansois after the freezing of 1956 while others turn to more productive grape varieties. This attachment to the traditional varietal, these working methods, is now in a rustic wine that has made itself a beautiful reputation.
