Read moreIn the heart of the Vallon, Marcillac winemakers celebrate their wines! During this one-evening event, you're invited to taste wines from the 4 AOPs (Marcillac, Entraygues-le-Fel, Estaing, Côtes de Millau) and IGP Aveyron, alongside the winemakers. The evening is enlivened by the Harmonie de Marcillac orchestra, and at the beginning of the evening, you're treated to the typical enthronement by the Échansonnerie de la Saint Bourrou. An authentic event not to be missed!
