In the covered market, Jérémy Arouch selects the finest products to bring gourmets the taste of exceptional charcuterie. A wide selection of local products (foie gras, magret, stuffed duck neck...) as well as seafood delights from Maison Barthouil. The delicatessen section is top-of-the-range: Perlita Aquitaine or Petrossian caviar, truffle bar... Jérémy works with local artisans such as Confiseries du Verdier. Open Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday from 7am to 1pm; Friday from 7am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm; Saturday from 7am to 7pm. Delivery possible (cold cuts, delicatessen, regional products, caviar, salmon and foie gras).
