Le cabecous du Fel sont une merveille qui a jalonné ma vie gastronome. À mon grand désespoir, ils ne sont plus distribués là où je vis, à Paris. Si vous me lisez, je serais si reconnaissant si vous m’indiquiez comment m’en procurer à nouveau.

Hier Laurence et olivier nous ont fait passé un merveilleux moment. Ce sont des personnes passionnées et passionnantes. Nous avons assistés et participés à la traite des chèvres, c était vraiment très intéressant pour nous les adultes et pour nos enfants Lou 5 ans et Maé 2 ans. Nous avons tout su de l alimentation des chèvres jusqu'à la fabrication des fromages. LES FROMAGES ???? un délice, 2 fromages ont été directement consommer dans la voiture par nos enfants. Nous vous recommandons vivement ces bons fromages ainsi que la visite. Merci à Laurence et olivier pour leur bienveillance avec nos enfants qui ne voulaient plus partir.

Visite géniale. Merci à Nicolas pour toutes les informations et merci à ses parents pour l'accueil chaleureux. Nous avons participé à la traite, les enfants ont adoré. Nous avons aussi goûté le lait tout frais ???? Nous recommandons fortement cette visite !
