In 1972, Monique and Louis Arnal settled in the Larzac area to raise Lusitano horses. The Arnal family also offers lodging and a restaurant service. Try the "Flambadou", ham turned on the spit in front of your eyes and flambéed with capucin, as well as the good small dishes of the traditional Aveyron cuisine: crunchy calf's head, Roquefort pancake, beef cheek coufidou, beef in crust, aligot... A friendly team welcomes you in a family and relaxed atmosphere. Simple and delicious!

Ne pas rater une visite au Domaine de Gaillac. Nous y avons découvert un musée extraordinaire, un accueil familial dans le sens que nous avions l'impression de faire partie de la famille Arnal ! Repas rustique excellent. Arrêt indispensable dans cette magnifique région du Larzac.
