Restaurant located on Rue du Trou offering grilled and home cooked dishes
At the end of 2022, Michaël moved into this restaurant, which he renamed L'Oustal d'Aqui. Located on rue du Trou, right next to the canyon, he continues to welcome customers around a vast fireplace where the meats are cooked. The hearth gives the place a warm atmosphere in which to enjoy grilled meats, as well as the bistronomic specialties of the chef, cook and pastry chef. These include a unique venison steak with red wine sauce, served with sweet potatoes and mushrooms.

Un petit restaurant calme comme on aime.
Une courte carte mais qui propose des plats consistants et travaillés. La cuisine à la cheminée est vraiment goûteuse. Une petite équipe fort sympathique. Nous reviendrons, nous avons passé une excellente soirée.
