FOIRE AUX GRAS

Every year in Baraqueville, the third Friday in December is a greasy fair. It was created in 1969 and has a great success, welcoming many producers in the region under the great space hall of Raymond-Lacombe, starting at 8 am in the morning! They sell turkey, turkeys, geese, ducks, rabbits, guinea fowl, capons… You will have some delicious dishes for the festivities and can certainly choose your finest fatty livers here! A beautiful (and good!) meeting in perspective.
