Today, Fabienne Lamont took over this vast establishment. The range of its possibilities is broad: two dining rooms as well as a large room reserved for residents, an outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool, 20 rooms in the "rustic" decoration, 30 more contemporary rooms in yellow-orange tones (these have small balconies and are accessible by lift), a quiet garden, small lounge corners… A semi-gastronomic kitchen is offered to us: suprême of guinea fowl, trout of the country of Olt, gnocchi in the Foie gras… The meat lovers are not forgotten, with a Bœuf beef net in the Caramel caramel and Auvergne. In short, a charming and distinguished establishment.
