Paul and Jean Nocque's farm is located in the heart of the PNR, and the quality of the meat is paramount. The pigs are raised on a bed of straw and fed GMO-free cereals. The environment is healthy and clean, and Sophie and Jean Nocque know how to pass on their passion and know-how in the production of ready-made meals, fresh meats and traditional charcuterie.
