If you don't like pigs, don't bother, because we love them here. So much so, in fact, that we eat it, taste it and send for it (which the Ariegeois explain to others). Paul and Jean Nocque's farm is located in the heart of the PNR, and the quality of the meat is paramount. The pigs are raised on a bed of straw and fed GMO-free cereals. The environment is healthy and clean, and Sophie and Jean Nocque know how to pass on their passion and know-how in the production of ready-made meals, fresh meats and traditional charcuterie.

Craft brewery and microbrewery

Nicolas opened this microbrewery in 2017. After several trips, including one to Canada where he developed a taste for beer brewing. Back to Ariège for the creation of this 3-in-1 establishment: brewery, boutique and bar from May to September. 9 beers on the menu and a few seasonal beers. Rock, flamenco and French song concerts. A lively meeting place, with games evenings, darts evenings, etc. You'll be able to sample platters from local producers and enjoy the pretty terrace in summer.
