La Part des Anges evokes the smell of alcohol lost during the aging of wine in barrels... In this renowned restaurant in Soustons, the work of chef Christophe Marécaut (who worked with the Ibarboure brothers in Bidart, with Alain Dutournier at the Carré des Feuillants in Paris, a former student of the starred chef Christian Para and private chef to the singer Bono) enchants us! Whether it's the menu "retour de marché" offered at lunchtime during the week, the bistronomic menu or the card menu, the prices are always very reasonable. Only home made !
