Ariège is a big producer of these dried fruits. This home-made confectionery and local speciality is made of a tender meringue envelope perfumed with vanilla filled with a creamy hazelnut praline, the size of a walnut and very light. Nous avons été accueilli par des personnes avenantes avec dégustation de flocons d ariège aux parfums différents coquelicot violette mais je reste sur le praliné qui pour moi est beaucoup plus délicat et subtil. Dommage on a pas pu voir la fabrication mais pas grave le detour vaut la peine.
Allez y vous trouverez sûrement de quoi satisfaire vos papilles ou faire plaisir à votre entourage.
