Ariège is a big producer of these dried fruits. This home-made confectionery and local speciality is made of a tender meringue envelope perfumed with vanilla filled with a creamy hazelnut praline, the size of a walnut and very light. Caché mais quel trésor. Un régal qui donne envie d'y retourner. Spécialité faite de façon artisanale , la boutique est toute petite mais accueillante et forcément vous en sortez avec quelques spécialités en mains. Les flocons d'Ariège sont addictifs faites attention ???????????????????? mais c'est tellement bon ????????
