He opened a specialized store under the roof of Mirepoix and proposes cheeses, delicatessen and emblematic dishes of the Basque Country, accompanied by wines from Irouleguy, Eguzki beers and of course the famous Espelette pepper. You can also enjoy on the large terrace, sandwiches, burgers, mixed platters of cold meats and cheeses, all made with Basque products.
