This brewery in Ariège evokes the bison painted in the Niaux cave. Marie Guera, the brewery's owner, refers to the emotion this bison provoked in her childhood. The beers on offer are artisanal, made with organically grown raw materials (malt, hops and sugar) and come in Tribale, CroMignone, Fontilla (gluten-free) and Raaahaa... The beers can be purchased direct from the brewery and in many local establishments. New: Bièra del Pays, brewed with local ingredients.

Distillerie de bière. Non restaurant.

Service rapide, nous avons bien manger, serveur sympathique, petit bémol pour la serveuse, très désagréable, rentre en conflit, refusé d’annulé une commande de dessert que l’on a attendu 15 min avant que l’on nous dise que elle a été oublier et arrivera dans 1min. Nous irons désormais au bar restaurant à côtés.
