Here everything is home made and the establishment has been rewarded many times, with this year the Jambon du Pays ariégeois silver medal at the Concours général agricole 2011 in Paris.
With 4 points of sale and a website for online sales, the establishment is a guarantor of local values, offering many specialties such as dry liver sausage, or sausage under the ash.
