LES STEAKERS
Since 2018, the Ariège Steakers brand has been bringing together farmers from the department who want to make the most of the meat from their young cattle. Until then, their animals went to Spain or Italy, as soon as they were weaned. Today, they are slaughtered and processed on the territory. The Steakers make it a point of honour to produce responsibly. Their brand, available in certain supermarkets in Ariège and Haute-Garonne, is available in steak, sirloin, rib or steak, 100% beef sausages, thin slices for the plancha.
