The Ariège is rich in more than 500 km of watercourses including 400 km practicable and accessible to white water sports. The rivers are classified from 1 to 6 according to the difficulty of the course. The recreational base offers canoes, kayaks, optimists and pedal boats to explore the six hectares of the lake.
