For Noëlle Bachert, wine is a taste of authenticity and deep-rootedness. Since 1997, she has been passionately vinifying the grapes from her family's 8-hectare estate, 2 of which are nestled in the prestigious Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr. Alongside the 7 Alsatian grape varieties, you can also enjoy Klevener de Heiligenstein and Crémants d'Alsace full of pep! And to sleep? A cosy gîte (4/6 people), charming chambres d'hôtes... or, for the more dreamy, a cabin perched in a hundred-year-old oak tree, just a stone's throw from the stars!
