The Hotel Les Hortensias is a nineteenth century house in the neo-Renaissance façade, called the Petit Château Dietz (notable and tanner of Barr). It was completely renovated. The park which encircles the establishment is planted with centuries-old sequoias, olive trees, palm trees and Mediterranean plants. When it is beautiful, you can enjoy the large terrace and the swimming pool. The furniture and decoration in the rooms blend with contemporary and baroque styles. They have a minibar and a flat-screen TV. Some are equipped with a separate sitting area but it is very pleasant to go to the lively bar lounge. On request, you will be offered a baby cot, baby-bed heating and mattress mattress. The restaurant, which can accommodate more than one hundred guests, offers a menu whose dishes are inventive and based on what the current season has to offer. The relaxation area is very pleasant and it will fill you with happiness after a day spent visiting Alsace.

Une très belle demeure dans un cadre superbe, et une piscine en plein air. Nous y avons déjeuné avec une carte épurée, ne proposant que quelques plats, mais de très bonne qualité et de quantité plus que suffisante. L'accueil et le service ont été impeccables, mais il reste des axes de progrès:
- Une salle très grande et difficile à chauffer. Après l'avoir évoqué, un radiateur électrique a été installé, mais cela n'a pas suffi.
- Les responsables des lieux ont déjeuné dans un angle. Madame a fait le tour des tables pour se présenter, nous informer des derniers changements, savoir si les clients étaient satisfaits, avant de s'installer près de son conjoint. L'intention est louable, mais sa tenue, jean et bottes, est en décalage total avec le cadre.
