This charming winstub is run by Laurent and Aline, a young Alsatian couple who promote real Alsatian cuisine concocted with fresh local produce. They welcome you in a refined setting, whitewashed walls, exposed beams and half-timbering, pleasantly subdued lighting. Perfect for a dinner for two! The menu offers good regional specialities, including the famous flammakuecha, all served with generosity. For dessert, long live the seasonal pies! Bel établissement typiquement.alsacien. Le cadre est certes vieiillot mais le.repas de qualité et très bien servi. Rognons et medaillons de veau excellents. Irish coffee excellent. Service efficace et sympathique. Seul.bemol la fumée en provenance de la cuisine et qui envahit la salle de restaurant. On reviendra avec plaisir.

L'accueil aurait pu paraitre froid mais nous étions en retard ????. Il n'en a rien été, la patronne a été attentive et d'une grande gentillesse particulièrement avec les enfants. Nous étions venus pour manger une choucroute. Ravi de cette expérience nous sommes revenus le lendemain pour gouter aux diverses tartes flambées.Tout était bon et copieux et nous décernons une mention particulière au menu enfant de grande qualité.
