Old sheepfold with terrace and garden offering products worked with accuracy.
Yannick Duc (one Michelin star) is a lover of words and food. As a preamble to the menu, you can read a few sentences about his work, which he starts at 6 a.m., and then a few more lines in which he suggests that we "stop time". Under the frame of this old sheepfold or on the terrace open on the garden, we only ask for that. What a pleasure to discover that, as in love, success comes from good associations. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons dégusté de très bons mets.
Le plat signature du chef autour du homard, bravo ! Le dessert au chocolat, fève de tonka et caramel n'a pas eu le temps de fondre, délicieux ????.
Petit bémol, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement, nous avons déjeuné en terrasse (jolie, ombragée et aérée) et nous avons été le plat principal de moustiques ???? sortez couverts! MERCI à Mme Duc pour le produit anti-moustiques et le service bien sur!
