Quelle belle découverte, belle expérience sensorielle des l’arrivée, et jusqu’à la fin. Beaucoup de créativité, assiettes magnifiques, ce sont des œuvres d’arts. Service parfait, très professionnel mais naturel à la fois. Vous méritez l’étoile ⭐️ Merci !!

Deuxième repas dans ce restaurant. La première fois pour un dîner autour d'un menu 7 assiettes, la seconde pour un déjeuner. Les saveurs sont toujours équilibrées parfois étonnantes et les associations sont toujours bien trouvées. L'accueil et le service sont chaleureux. Il y aurait bien un ou deux micro-détails d'amélioration mais rien qui empêche de placer cet établissement comme restaurant numéro un, à mes yeux, sur StDié.
