Founded in 1986, this confectionery is the heir of the Confiserie des Images d'Épinal whose tradition it perpetuates. Each confectioner is trained on the spot to give the best of his know-how. We discover more than 35 varieties of sweets with subtle and 100% natural flavors of poppy, bergamot, violet, mirabelle, Vosges fir. These sweets are ritually made according to a secret recipe handed down in the Claudepierre family for generations!

Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6:30pm; Sunday, 10am to 6pm. Free guided tours with tasting from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (for groups, by reservation only). Duration: 1 hour. Open on Sundays. Online store.

Push the door of the Confiserie des Hautes Vosges in Plainfaing and enter another dimension...!!
The sweets are made as in the past, sugar cooked over an open fire, flavoured with natural aromas or essential oils (fir tree, eucalyptus, bergamot, liquorice, anethol, raspberry, blackberry, lemon, orange, tangerine...)
The perfumes and colours of the sweets on the stall capture the memory.............................................................................................. In the shop with the taste of childhood, a candy museum...as if the present holds its breath for a moment, with many objects and souvenirs related to these sweet sweets.
The Claudepierre family perpetuates the artisanal production of real Vosges candies!
Guided, commented and free tour (about 1 hour) with tastings and the possibility of shopping in the shop. All year round from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and public holidays)

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to admire our candy museum: so many vestiges of the artisanal manufacture of the sweets of our childhood and which retrace the history and the processes of manufacture through the ages.

Plainfaing, in the heart of the Vosges massif, land of sweets thanks to CDHV, welcomes you in summer (hiking, mountain activities...) as well as in winter (ski resorts, winter sports...). CDHV is one of the unavoidable stops in this beautiful region.

Zeer de moeite waard! Naar Franse normen zeer georganiseerd, echt een geoliede machine met doorlopende rondleidingen terwijl de productie gewoon doorgaat. Alles is in het Frans maar dat hoeft door het zeer interactieve karakter van de rondleiding (met zelfs videoschermen die delen tonen die niet zo goed zichtbaar zijn bij grote drukte) geen probleem te zijn als je de taal niet machtig zou zijn. Groot parkeerterrein achteraan, toiletten vlot beschikbaar enzovoort. Ze hebben er duidelijk een succesvol businessmodel van gemaakt want er is een heel nieuw bezoekerscentrum in aanbouw.

J'ai toujours été surpris par l'accueil dans cet établissement : tous les employés sont toujours de bonne humeur et sympas.
Travaillant moi également dans le tourisme, je vous tire mon chapeau, car certains jours, après plusieurs centaines de visiteurs, je n'y arrive plus du tout...
