Les Foulées de Longemer

The shores of the Lake of Longemer will be on the 6 th of August next to the strides of some 600 athletes, who came to participate in Strides 2016. The program? A 10 km measured and labeled, composed of two loops around the lake, as well as a 10 km pre-handisport and a popular 3 km popular test for more casual joggers and young people in an athletic awakening race. To each race, in sum! Let's put the trainers together and take part in this convivial event!

Other practical information: any non-licensee shall have a medical certificate indicating the absence of a contraindication to the practice of the race on foot.
