Regional cuisine restaurant with a terrace overlooking the lake of Gérardmer
Located on the edge of the lake of Gérardmer, the restaurant Au bord du lac offers regional cuisine to be enjoyed on the terrace or by the fireplace. Summer and winter alike, you will be captivated by the atmosphere of the place. A warm decoration and full of light thanks to the huge windows. The welcome is warm and friendly. You will taste rillettes of red mullet, or a slab of trout with mushroom sauce or a half duck breast with vanilla. You can have your meal on the terrace by the water. A moment out of time that you will remember.

Déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue magnifique sur le lac. Accueil très sympathique et repas très bon. Nous reviendrons!

J'étais à cet hôtel pour une formation. Je n'ai profité que de la restauration les midis et de la salle réservée à cet effet.
Restauration limite en quantité.
En qualité ce n'est pas non plus exceptionnelle. Cela reste standard.
Le gérant ou patron, n'est pas très avenant et un peu distant.
Par contre le personnel est agréable.

Un petit hôtel fort sympathique avec une magnifique vue ,au calme Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse.
Nous avons adoré notre petit weekend dans cette hôtel plein de charme.

Le service est au top ???? la carte est simple et vous trouverez toujours quelque chose à votre goût.
Le repas fut excellent raffiné et très bien présenté un bravo au chef en cuisine et à son équipe.
