The hotel is a pleasant little cocoon. The dining room with light wood with floral motifs, Austrian charm. -year-old wall wall wall and nappes fabric confirm that the place is tastefully decorated. In addition to the specialities of the Vosges menu with its home rillettes, Foie gras bowl, trout mirabelles or almonds, and the false net in Munster, the card has expanded from a skewers range. This place, very warm, with an efficient service enhanced by the kindness of Philippe Boulas, the boss, received the label "Quali-Families".

return from a we on Gerardmer, half pension with small Did Not Swell, exceptional welcome, preoccupations or with a stress, despite our mishaps of we family Swell allowed us for a wonderful we, panne service crutches, humour, good food, fine wines, the very original and very clean, nothing is missing, thank you for all we think of going as quickly as possible and each of our future passages on Gerardmer will be completed in Swell... still thank you for all, and tart blueberry a delight!

Foie gras: a delight, filet de sole finely prepared, dish of grilled meat matching served with delicious vegetables (at least 4 choices) and the crumble as mirabelle plums served with its ice ........... a marvel as simplicity and so good. Cooking are controlled (contrary to channels restaurants that I will not mention .....)

For the rest, BOF. I express doubts on the origin of the duck terrine " maison" who oddly resembles the version supermarket business ......... to judge, freshness ....... without comments. The only meet that I had, " there is a little too liver to your taste? Me I ate some yesterday and it was still good, perhaps it had a bit of warmth. (9° outside and we are in January) For the more I at the cafe to you. but I (paid my terrine" maison"). Suite of the meal steak with pepper. See photo (no special effects) that it is very orange. Chef of trade, it is a big first for me, pepper sauce with orange colour. Good point, trout with almonds from my wife, with a filling in quantity.
